I need to know where to go for a relaxing honeymoon beach vacation in January? Mexico area or Caribbean?

I need as many answers as possible, quickly. I need to book asap. Also what island? I need to at least know mexico area or caribbean area. We are in our late 20's, but not really into the party life, just something EXTREMELY relaxing. No nude resorts or beaches please.
