I will be visiting St. Maarten, Haiti, St. Thomas, and Puerto Rico. I'm looking for Dominican Cigars but I don't know where to get them, or the best cigars to get.

You can find the exact same cigars here at home a lot cheaper. They jack the prices up extremely high in tourist areas…..
There are no good cigars anywhere. You can die from cancer with any of them. Get a more healthful habit.
I have always been told by the cigar afficianados that Cuban cigars are the best, but you might try asking storekeepers for their suggestions.
