Can you answer jalady's question about Caribbean Vacations?:
Will someone tell me, maybe someone from the Caribbean can?

NO, we stay the same way. most of the islands don't change the daylight saving time. so if you live in east coast of US if 1 hr. difference. Or if you live in Europe is 6 hrs. difference.
Some do, most don't. The Bahamas and the Turks and Caicos change because they feel they must keep pace with the USA come what may. They are not, however, technically in the Caribbean. The other islands do not change. There is no real point, as there is little difference light-wise between summer and winter.
Some do, some don't. Check the site below for times
Most don't…. When the British ruled the region, they decided that the Caribbean should. Now, most are independent they see no need to move the clock up and down all the time. They just stay with one time all year….
Cayman Islands don't, I don't know about the others
