How will be the Medical Education at Caribbean ,clinicals at USA as promised by them is guaranteed?
Can you answer Ram's question about Caribbean Vacations?:
I have gone through many websites of caribbean medical schools, they say that the basic sciences are at caribbeans and the clinicals are at USA.I am interested to go to USA and i want to utilise these colleges. I want to know which is the cheapest and good(if not the best) college for me.

I'm a clerkship coordinator for a major metropolitan teaching hospital. I've arranged rotations for many students from Ross, Saba and St. George, and all the students have been well prepared. Each of those universities have excellent reputations, and they turn out good physicians. We currently have a couple of house staff residents who are grads from Caribbean schools, and I can't really see any difference in the way they practice medicine vs. residents from American schools.
Check into the schools you are interested in and make sure they prepare you completely for USMLE Steps 1&2 as well as for the CS exam. Our institution won't even consider setting up a clerkship for anyone who hasn't passed the first two USMLE steps with a score of 83 or better on the first attempt.
