The Westin Aruba Resort ( ) is probably one of the highest-rated. They've got a huge casino (1,115 square meter).
The Breezes Puerto Plata Resort Spa & Casino All Inclusive ( ) just finished some extensive renovations, so that might be another "good bet".

just go and have a good time….you can drink anywhere but if u have to gamble then you might have a problem especially at 18 why do you have to gamble? is there a problem or do you like to give your money away….if so charities would make more use of it than fat cat owners
