The Best Caribbean Cruise to Take

There are many, many cruise lines which offer wonderful Caribbean cruises. To find the best cruise line to take can be a difficult task. Every cruise line offers unique excursions and activities to help make you cruise memorable. Each individual chooses the Caribbean cruise that is best for them based on their interests. I would like to tell you about my favorite cruise to take? The Heart of the Caribbean from Royal Caribbean is one of my very favorite cruises of all time. This cruise is filled with activities and fun for eight days and seven nights! In my opinion it is the best Caribbean cruise.

The Heart of the Caribbean cruise travels for eight exciting days beginning in San Juan, Puerto Rico.Everyday is filled with exciting adventures and activities on and off the ship.

Located on the southern coast is Oranjestad, Aruba, the first of many stops for this cruise line. The very important city of Aruba, Oranjestad, is the Dutch capital and it means "Orangetown.". The colorful Dutch colonial architecture is delightful to see. Here you can take a caravan and visit many beautiful and stunning sights around the island including the California Lighthouse. Oranjestad also has beautiful beaches and snorkeling is a great adventure.

The next stop that the ship docks at is off the Venezuelan coast at Willemstad, Curacao. Of the three "ABC" Islands (Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao), Curacao is the largest and most populated. It is still rich in Dutch culture and architecture though it gained autonomy in 1954 from the Netherlands. You won't want to miss the spectacular underground lake and explore the Hato Caves in Willemstad. This underground world is quite an amazing sight to see. There is a trolley-train that you can take to tour around that is very nice.

The next stop will be on the northeastern coast of the Caribbean at Philipsburg, Saint Maarten. This island is split into the Dutch side and the French side. On the Dutch side you can find beautiful jewelry, excellent beaches, and night festivities. The French side of the Caribbean is known for its nude beaches and clothing stores to shop in. Because of the many duty-free shops the island is known as a shopper's paradise. Jewelry, leather goods, tobacco, designer clothes are some of the things you find here.

The last stop on this fabulous cruise is in Saint Thomas, Virgin Islands. There is much to see and do in Saint Thomas which has been purchased by the United States. Here you will find white sand beaches, excellent shopping, and great dining. In Saint Thomas the view of Magens Bay is stunning from Drakes Seat. You won't want to miss that.

I’m sure you can see why I think this is the best Caribbean cruise to take. Along with the breathtaking places to visit you can enjoy the many onboard activities that will make this trip a memorable one for sure. Come aboard!
